The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a share assignment agreement dated Feb. 14, 2023, between Solis Minerals Ltd. and an arm's-length assignor, whereby the company will acquire 22 exploration applications located at the state of Rio Grande do Norte, which altogether represent 15,650.61 hectares for lithium exploration, through an assignment of the entire shareholdings of the assignor in an arm's-length company, which owns the property, in accordance with the terms of the share assignment agreement. In consideration, the company will pay $20,000 (U.S.) and issue 500,000 common shares to the assignor.
