SEKUR PRIVATE DATA LTD. ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF FIRST TRANCHE OF ITS NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Sekur Private Data Ltd., further to its news releases dated March 31, 2025, has closed a first tranche of its non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $105,000.

The company issued three million units at a price of 3.5 cents for gross proceeds of $105,000. Each unit comprises one common share in the share capital of the company and one full common share purchase warrant. Each full warrant entitles its holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of five cents for a period of 24 months following the closing.

There were no finders' fees paid for this tranche.

The company intends to use the net proceeds of the private placement for the marketing of its Sekur privacy communications solutions in the United States and for general working capital purposes.
