SEKUR PRIVATE DATA LTD. INCREASES PRICES BY 30% FOR ITS SEKURVPN SWISS HOSTED PRIVACY VPN

After discussions with its digital marketing team, and after careful consideration, Sekur Private Data Ltd. has decided to increase its prices for its Swiss-hosted privacy VPN, SekurVPN, as its new sign-ups have increased recently and represent 60 per cent of all new sign-ups for Sekur for the month of October.

The result of the price increase for SekurVPN will increase the average revenue per user (ARPU) over time by 25 per cent to 30 per cent as Sekur minimum bundle packages represent 49 per cent of all new sign-ups. Combined with single VPN sign-ups, the ARPU is expected to increase from just under $9 (U.S.) to just under $12 (U.S.). Additionally, the new SekurVPN pricing increases the minimum bundle price to $14 (U.S.), up from $12 (U.S.), and full bundle sign-up to $17 (U.S.), up from $15 (U.S.), for individual consumers. Business packages pricing are on average 20- to 25-per-cent higher than consumer prices due to added features. Sekur expects continued growth for its SekurVPN solution and is adding enterprise features and other upgrades such as IPv6 by year-end.

Sekur is on track to launch a full-scale digital campaign for its VPN solution sometime in late October as it is preparing the final touches on its digital ads. A small campaign has started and has demonstrated positive results with one of the marketing channels. There are plans as well to launch SekurVPN in the United States and other regions through the Sekur's reseller network in 2024.

Since the Company has added SekurVPN and customized "a la carte" bundles for consumers and businesses, approximately 50 per cent of all customers have been buying bundles with approximately 60 per cent of customers purchasing SekurVPN in the bundle or on its own.

On April 7, 2023, the company launched SekurVPN, its privacy VPN solution available through the Sekur websitwe, and began commercial sales of its highly anticipated privacy and security VPN solution. The service comes with a self-destruct timer and other features as well, including Sekur's proprietary VirtualVaults and HeliX technologies with all data stored in Swiss-hosted encrypted servers.

Sekur's Data privacy solutions are all hosted in Switzerland, protecting users' data from any outside data intrusion requests. In Switzerland, the right to privacy is guaranteed in Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution. The Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) of June 19, 1992 (in force since 1993), has set up a strict protection of privacy by prohibiting virtually any processing of personal data which is not expressly authorized by the data subjects.
