SEKUR PRIVATE DATA LTD. SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH ZIMTU CAPITAL CORP.

Sekur Private Data Ltd. has signed an agreement with Zimtu Capital Corp. to provide to Sekur specific services from its ZimtuAdvantage program. The agreement has been dated Aug. 24, 2023, and shall be effective for a period of three months ending Nov. 23, 2023. In compensation, Sekur has issued 218,750 shares to Zimtu for the duration of the three-month contract. All shares shall have a 12-month holding restriction.
