The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the non-arm's-length disposition of a 100-per-cent interest in the Porter Idaho property, located in northwestern British Columbia's Golden Triangle. The company will receive 295,699 shares of the purchaser at a deemed price of $3.72 per share.
