Michael Cathro is a registered professional geoscientist in British Columbia and holds a BSc from Queen's University a
--->nd a MSc from the Colorado School of Mines. Mr. Cathro's 35-year career has included work as an exploration geologist 
--->on gold and base-metal projects in Canada and overseas, and 17 years in technical and management roles with the BC Min
--->istry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources. Prior to leaving the government in 2008, Mr. Cathro led the team that 
--->successfully completed the environmental review and permitting of the New Afton copper-gold project, now one of the la
--->rgest underground metal mines in Canada. 
Wendy Chan is a business strategist with over 18 years of management experience at Fortune 500 companies, specializing
