STELLA-JONES COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF BROOKS MANUFACTURING CO.

Stella-Jones Inc. has completed the previously announced acquisition of the assets of Brooks Manufacturing Co. The purchase price amounted to approximately $140-million (U.S.), subject to working capital adjustments.

Brooks manufactures treated wood distribution crossarms and transmission framing components from its facility located in Bellingham, Wash. Brooks's consolidated sales for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024, totalled approximately $84-million (U.S.).
