SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION & HEALTH DIVIDEND FUND ANNOUNCES SPECIAL DISTRIBUTION

A special distribution of 12.9 cents per unit has been made to Sustainable Innovation & Health Dividend Fund holders of record as at the close of business on Dec. 31, 2025. This special distribution is required to ensure that all income and capital gains of the fund is distributed prior to the end of its taxation year, and is in addition to the regular monthly distributions of 3.333 cents per unit and the previously announced special distribution of 60 cents per unit. The distribution was automatically reinvested in additional units and the resulting units immediately consolidated so that the number of fund units held by each investor did not change. Investors holding their fund units outside registered plans will have taxable amounts to report and will have an increase in the adjusted cost base of their investment.

The fund's units trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol SIH.UN.
