Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Aug. 28, 2023, the exchange has accepted for filing an amending agreement dated Aug. 31, 2023, between the company, as optionee, and an arm's-length party, as optionor. The amending agreement amends the total number of mining claims from 87 mining claims to 79 mining claims that was set out in the original option agreement.

All other information remains unchanged.
