SIENNA ANNOUNCES APRIL DIVIDEND

Sienna Senior Living Inc. has declared a dividend of 7.8 cents per common share of the company for the month of April, 2021, representing 93.6 cents per common share on an annualized basis.

The dividend will be payable on May 14, 2021, to shareholders of record as at April 30, 2021.

The company's dividends are designated as eligible dividends for Canadian tax purposes, in accordance with Subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) as well as any applicable corresponding provincial and territorial legislation.
