SHELLRON ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF ANDREW YAU, CEO & CFO

Shellron Capital Ltd.'s Andrew Yau has stepped down as chief executive officer and chief financial officer and has resigned from the board of directors, effective Aug. 30, 2023. Daniela Freitas, who serves as Shellron's corporate secretary and who sits on the board of directors, will act as interim CEO and CFO.

The company would like to thank Mr. Yau for his leadership and wishes him the best in the future.
