SURGE ENERGY INC. CONFIRMS JANUARY 2024 DIVIDEND

Surge Energy Inc. will pay a cash dividend on Jan. 15, 2024, in respect of December, 2023, production, to the shareholders of record on Dec. 31, 2023, in the amount of four cents per share.

The dividend is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
