SURGE ENERGY INC. CONFIRMS NOVEMBER 2023 DIVIDEND

Surge Energy Inc. will pay a cash dividend on Nov. 15, 2023, in respect of October, 2023, production, to the shareholders of record on Oct. 31, 2023, in the amount of four cents per share.

The dividend is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
