SURGE ENERGY INC. CONFIRMS OCTOBER 2023 DIVIDEND

Surge Energy Inc. will pay a cash dividend on Oct. 16, 2023, in respect of September, 2023, production, to the shareholders of record on Sept. 30, 2023, in the amount of four cents per share.

The dividend is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
