The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced on Nov. 6, 2023.

Number of shares:  20,045,455 flow-through (FT) shares and 5.8 million non-flow-through (NFT) shares

Purchase price per share:  2.75 cents per FT share and 2.5 cents per NFT share

Number of placees:  six placees

Pursuant to corporate finance Policy 4.1, Section 1.9(e), the company issued a news release on Dec. 13, 2023, announcing the closing of the private placement.
