SIERRA ANNOUNCES PASSING OF DIRECTOR

Shaun Dykes, a valued member of Sierra Grande Minerals Inc.'s board of directors, has passed.

The company wishes to extend its sincere condolences to Mr. Dykes's family and friends during this difficult time. His contributions and commitment to the company were greatly appreciated, and he will be missed by his colleagues and the mining community alike.
