SOUTHGOBI ANNOUNCES DATE OF BOARD MEETING

SouthGobi Resources Ltd.'s board of directors will consider and approve the financial and operating results of the company and its subsidiaries for the fourth quarter and the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, on Friday, March 27, 2026. These results will be released on Friday, March 27, 2026.

As at the date of this announcement, the executive directors of the company are Ruibin Xu, Chonglin Zhu and Chen Shen; the independent non-executive directors of the company are Yingbin Ian He, Jin Lan Quan and Fan Keung; Vic Choi; and the non-executive directors of the company are Zhu Gao and Zaixiang Wen.
