The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a property option agreement dated Jan. 14, 2026, between the company and its wholly owned subsidiary, and an arm's-length optionor. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the optionees may acquire a 100-per-cent interest in 32 unpatented lode mining claims located in Nye county in Nevada. By way of consideration, the company will make cash payments totalling $900,000 (U.S.), accrue $1-million (U.S.) in exploration cost and issue 950,000 common shares of the company at a deemed price of 25.5 cents per share, all over a period of five years. The property is subject to a 2-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty in favour of the optionor, with a right to repurchase a 1-per-cent NSR for an amount equal to the value of 500 ounces of 0.999 fine gold.

No finder's fee was payable as part of the transaction.
