The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to the aggregate issuance of 1,786,324 common shares in the capital of the company issued at a deemed price of four cents per common share to settle several severance payment obligations payable to the current management team in accordance with the terms of the definitive reorganization and investment agreement dated July 12, 2022.
