Effective at the opening on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2022, the common shares of Criterium Energy Ltd. will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Softrock Minerals Ltd. will be delisted. The company is classified as an oil and natural gas company.
