Softrock Minerals Ltd. has provided an update on its annual and special meeting of shareholders held in Calgary, Alta., on April 28, 2022, where shareholders approved the financial statements for 2020 and 2021, reappointed the officers and directors of the company, reappointed the auditor, and reapproved the share option plan as outlined in the information circular dated March 23, 2022.

The company's current revenues continue to hold up appreciably.
