SOFTROCK ANNOUNCES INTENTION TO EXTEND WARRANTS

Subject to regulatory approval, Softrock Minerals Ltd. will proceed with an extension to the maturity date of the outstanding 15,093,781 warrants from June 15, 2022, to June 15, 2023.

At the holder's option, at any time up to June 12, 2023, the warrants can be converted to common stock at a price of five cents per share.
