       SILK ROAD FINANCE INC. (FORMERLY SILK ROAD VENTURES LTD.)
                     ANNOUNCES YEAR END CHANGE


VANCOUVER, BC � January 28, 2015 � Silk Road Finance Inc. (formerly Silk Road
Ventures Ltd.) ("Silk" or the "Company") [CSE: CFA] announces the change of its financial
year end from February 28 to December 31. The change of the financial year end is being made
so that the Company's new financial year end coincides with the year end in most emerging
markets where the Company plans to develop its business.

The Company's transition year will consist of a tenmonth period ended or December 31, 2014,
with interim financial statements consisting of the following:
