          ANNOUNCES SHARE CONSOLIDATION AND NAME CHANGE


VANCOUVER, BC � November 28, 2014 � Silk Road Finance Inc. (formerly Silk Road
Ventures Ltd.). ("Silk" or the "Company") [CSE: CFA] announces the change of name and the
consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on a ten-to-one basis as authorized by
its shareholders at the annual general and special meeting held on November 25, 2014 and the
directors of the Company.

The Company has changed its name to Silk Road Finance Inc.

The Company currently has 61,929,026 common shares issued and outstanding and will have
6,192,902 common shares issued and outstanding following the consolidation, subject to
rounding down of fractional shares. The Company has no warrants or stock options issued. The
consolidation is being effected to make the Company more attractive to investors.

December 4, 2014 is the proposed record date for the share consolidation.      The stock symbol
will not be changed.

Following the share consolidation, the Company's shares will have the following CUSIP and
ISIN:

CUSIP:          82709W101
ISIN:           CA 82709W1014

No fractional shares will be issued as a result of the consolidation. Where the exchange results
in a fractional share, the number of common shares will be rounded down to the nearest whole
common share.

Registered shareholders of the Company will receive the letter of transmittal containing
instructions on how to obtain post consolidation DRS statements / certificates by mail. The letter
of transmittal will be posted on SEDAR and the website of the CSE under the profile of the
Company.
