  SILK ROAD VENTURES LTD. ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL
                      AND SPECIAL MEETING


Vancouver, BC, November 25, 2014 � Silk Road Ventures Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to
announce the results of its annual general and special meeting (the "Meeting").. The
shareholders approved all matters presented to them at the Meeting. The number of directors
was fixed at three. Alisher Ali, Donald Gordon and Sylvia Saw McKaige were re-elected to the
board of directors. Manning Elliott LLP Chartered Accountants were re-appointed as the
auditors of the Company. The shareholders also approved the share consolidation using a ratio
of up to 10 shares for 1 share and the continuation of the Company from British Columbia into
Cayman Islands under the name of Silk Road Finance Inc. or another name, as may be decided
by the directors of the Company.
