SILVERFISH ANNOUNCES $450,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Silverfish Resources Inc. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to three million units in the capital of the company at a price of 15 cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $450,000.

Each unit purchased will include one common share and one-half transferable common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share for a period of two years at a price of 30 cents.

The company intends to use the proceeds raised from the offering for working capital purposes. The company may pay finders' fees, in accordance with the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.

The offering is subject to certain conditions, including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the CSE. All securities issued in connection with the offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance, in accordance with applicable securities legislation.
