The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length disposition of substantially all the assets of the company for $9-million (U.S.).

Further to the completion of the sale transaction, the common shares of the company will be delisted effective at close of market on Monday, April 28, 2025, from the TSX Venture Exchange at the request of the company.
