The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 185,682 common shares at 40.5 cents per common share to settle outstanding interest payments of $75,207.

Total pro group involvement:  $2,120, 5,232 shares at 40.5 cents (three pro groups)
