Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - September 24, 2026) - Elevate Service Group Inc. (TSXV: SERV) (OTCQB: ESVCF) (FSE: Y19) ("Elevate" or the "Company") is supporting the national rollout of Kwench by KFC across more than 200 restaurant locations in Canada, delivering equipment and site-readiness work under one coordinated program. The program demonstrates Elevate's strategy of combining specialized equipment, technical service and facilities capabilities to deliver integrated solutions, expand customer relationships and broaden the scope of services provided to multi-location customers.
Kwench by KFC is a beverage platform being introduced to KFC restaurants across Canada. TFI Food Equipment Solutions ("TFI"), Elevate's subsidiary, is leading the sale, delivery, installation and commissioning of Taylor soft serve equipment, Flavor Burst syrup integration, Marco Beverage Systems equipment, and QualServe stainless steel benches, providing a fully integrated beverage station. The rollout work began in late Q2 2026 and is expected to continue into Q1 2027.
Adding a new beverage platform to a restaurant requires new or modified plumbing, upgraded electrical capacity, millwork and counter modifications, and other work to prepare the site to receive, install and commission the equipment. Traditionally, restaurant operators would separately coordinate equipment suppliers, plumbers, electricians, contractors and installers. For a multi-location rollout, this creates scheduling, procurement and project-management complexity. Elevate and TFI consolidate those activities under one coordinated scope of work and point of accountability.
One Scope, One Accountability
TFI and Elevate developed an integrated solution encompassing site assessment and readiness, equipment delivery, installation, commissioning and post-launch support. A single project team coordinates each location, helping reduce vendor complexity, standardize execution and provide clear accountability across the rollout.
"The Kwench project demonstrates the benefits of combining equipment expertise, technical service and facilities management capabilities within one organization," said Michael Cheung, Head of Sales and Business Development at Elevate and President of TFI. "Instead of requiring the customer to coordinate multiple equipment suppliers, trades and installers, Elevate can manage the entire program and deliver an integrated solution."
"This project is a strong example of how we intend to create value from the Elevate platform," said Paul Bissett, CEO of Elevate Service Group. "By bringing together complementary capabilities across equipment, skilled trades, technical service and facilities management, we solve customer challenges, deepen relationships and expand the scope of services we provide."
Comprehensive Lifecycle Solutions
Beyond the initial rollout, Elevate can provide ongoing lifecycle services to the installed equipment base, creating a continuous relationship that extends beyond the original equipment sale and installation. These services include planned and preventative maintenance, reactive service, scheduled equipment cleaning, facilities maintenance and repair, and technical support. Together, these services create an end-to-end lifecycle service model from equipment supply through ongoing service and maintenance, delivered by one strategic partner.
