The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing Elevate Service Group Inc.'s proposal to issue an aggregate of 290,000 common shares (140,000 shares to Frank Guo and 150,000 shares to an employee) as an inducement to assume the roles of chief financial officer and employee of the company, respectively.
