SCANDIUM INTERNATIONAL MINING ANNOUNCES EXERCISE OF OPTIONS BY ALL OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS

Scandium International Mining Corp.'s board was unanimously in support and all officers and board members have now exercised options at 14 cents.

As of Nov. 5, a total of 1.9 million options have been exercised, increasing cash balances by $266,000.
