SCOTCH CREEK VENTURES CANCELS PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Scotch Creek Ventures Inc. has elected not to proceed with the non-brokered private placement originally announced on Sept. 16, 2025, and subsequently amended on Sept. 25, 2025.

No securities were issued under the proposed private placement.

The company will assess additional financing avenues as appropriate and may undertake a private placement at a later date.
