SCOTCH CREEK BEGINS TRADING ON THE OTCQB TO FACILITATE GREATER LIQUIDITY AND ENHANCED ACCESS TO U.S. SHAREHOLDERS

The OTC Markets Group has approved the trading of Scotch Creek Ventures Inc.'s common shares on the OTCQB Venture Market. The company's common shares commenced trading on the OTCQB under the symbol SCVFF as of the opening of the market on July 22, 2025.

Uplisting to the OTCQB will provide the company with greater liquidity and a more seamless trading experience for U.S. shareholders. The company's common shares will continue to trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol SCV.
