Scotch Creek Ventures Announces Pricing Update for Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia--May 9, 2025 Scotch Creek Ventures Inc. (the "Company") (CSE:SCV) announces that it has extended the closing date of its non-brokered private placement which was previously announced on March 26, 2025 and March 27, 2025 (the "Offering"). The new closing date is anticipated to occur on or before May 16, 2025 subject to customary closing conditions and the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange.

The Company anticipates that the Offering will be oversubscribed.

The proceeds of the Offering will be used to retire corporate indebtedness and for working capital purposes
