SCOTCH CREEK VENTURES GRANTS OPTIONS AND ENGAGES BELUGA MEDIA CORP.

Scotch Creek Ventures Inc. has granted a total of 660,000 stock options to consultants. The options were granted at a price of 50 cents per share and are exercisable for a period of two years from the date of grant. The options will expire on the earlier of termination of consultation or two years from issuance.

In addition, the company has engaged Beluga Media Corp. to provide investor relations services to the company.
