Cboe Canada Inc. has granted final approval for the supplemental listing of up to 629,017 common share purchase warrants previously issued by Silver Crown Royalties Inc.

Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase, subject to adjustment in certain events, one common share of the corporation at an exercise price of $8.25 at any time prior to 5 p.m. Vancouver time on Oct. 3, 2028.

Warrants of the corporation will be listed and available for trading on Cboe Canada under the symbol SCRI.WT.C at the start of trading on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2025.
