SELKIRK COPPER ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTION GRANT
Pursuant to Selkirk Copper Mines Inc.'s stock option plan, a total of 2,242,500 stock options have been granted to directors, officers and employees of the company. The stock options are exercisable at a price of $1.34 per common share for a period of 10 years from the date of grant, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The options will vest in four equal instalments, with 25 per cent vesting on the date of grant and 25 per cent vesting on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of the date of grant.
