EXPLANATION ON MCTO REQUEST -- MOROCCAN LAWYERS STRIKE

In relation to Steadright Critical Minerals Inc.'s requested management cease trade order, the company has noted that the only reason an MCTO was requested is due to a nationwide lawyers strike in Morocco, which has slowed down the company's audit process.

Stated Steadright chief executive officer Matt Lewis: "We consider the proper running of our company and the audit process as reputational and something that must always be done to the highest of standards. The audit process has gone a little slower than expected due to the lawyers strike, but we feel very confident in our people and in our process."
