AGM AND SPECIAL MEETING RESULTS

Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. has released results of the special and annual general meeting held on Dec. 28, 2023, along with an amendment to the RAM option agreement.

The corporation reports that all of the resolutions in the annual general and special meeting of shareholders, to their applicable extent, and as put forth to shareholders for voting determination at its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held today (Dec. 28, 2023) in Huntsville, Ont., were duly passed and put into effect.

The annual general and special meeting of shareholders resolutions were described, with particulars, in the corporation's information circular dated Nov. 27, 2023. The company has also amended its RAM property option agreement, dated July 31, 2021, as amended on May 4, 2022, to change upward to 1.75 million shares to be issued on or before the date that is 24 months after the listing date, which reflects the terms of the mutual agreement.
