The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the amendment of the price of the following warrants.

Number of warrants:  465,033 (4,650,333 preconsolidation)

Expiry date of warrants:  Aug. 13, 2027

Original exercise price of warrants:  $2 (20 cents preconsolidation)

New exercise price of warrants:  $1.51

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 4,650,333 special warrants, with each special warrant automatically converting into one common share and one warrant, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective March 14, 2025. The company completed a consolidation of one new share for 10 old shares, effective Nov. 26, 2024.
