LIBERTY DEFENSE EXPANDS INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER BASE

Liberty Defense Holdings Ltd. has shipped commercial units of its Hexwave system to Amsterdam in the Netherlands, and to Subic Bay Airport in the Philippines, expanding its international customer base with the support of its distributor network.

Hexwave uses millimetre-wave technology, advanced 3-D imaging and artificial intelligence to detect all types of concealed weapons, including metal and non-metal weapons, and other prohibited items. The system enables rapid, automated screening using a high-throughput, contactless, walkthrough portal. Hexwave is currently used in a diverse range of high-security facilities and properties in sectors ranging from aviation to courthouses, national labs, prisons and government facilities.
