LIBERTY DEFENSE ANNOUNCES TRIAL OF HEXWAVE AT DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Denver International Airport will perform a customer trial of Liberty Defense Holdings Ltd.'s Hexwave system for a week in the Great Hall at the south employee checkpoint for use in conducting aviation worker screening at its airport facilities.

Hexwave uses millimetre-wave, advanced 3-D imaging and artificial intelligence to detect concealed metallic and non-metallic weapons such as liquid, plastic and powder explosives, 3-D printed guns, and other prohibited items -- without having to remove common items like cellphones or keys. The system allows for rapid, automated screening using a high-throughput, contactless, walkthrough portal.
