LIBERTY DEFENSE RECEIVES FIRST AWARD FOR EUROPEAN DEPLOYMENT

Liberty Defense Holdings Ltd. has received an order for the Hexwave system, which will be the first deployment in Europe. Further to the company's announcement of a distribution agreement and partnership, Grasp Innovations has purchased a Hexwave to begin integrating with its cutting-edge digital technology and developing a touchless, autonomous checkpoint screening solution. This is the company's first sale in Europe, and delivery is scheduled for October, 2023.

"Our initial focus has been on the various market verticals in the Americas," said Bill Frain, chief executive officer of Liberty Defense, "but we are seeing more demand on a global basis and will be looking to increase our footprint in the international community with partners like Grasp."

Hexwave technology uses millimetre-wave, advanced 3-D imaging and artificial intelligence to detect concealed metallic and non-metallic weapons such as liquid, plastic and powder explosives, 3-D printed guns, and other prohibited items -- without having to divest common items like cellphones or keys.
