SILVER BEAR ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

Silver Bear Resources PLC's Nathan Hunt has resigned as a director of the company and the chair of its joint committee, effective immediately, for personal reasons.

The company continues its search for suitable directors to join the board and expects to have potential candidates to appoint in the future.

Vadim Ilchuk, president and chief executive officer, commented, "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Mr. Hunt for his contributions to Silver Bear during his tenure, and wish him all the best in his future endeavours."
