Cboe Canada Inc. has granted final approval for the listing of units of the ETFs (exchange-traded funds) listed in the attached table.

Subject to confirmation of closing, units of the Scotia ETFs will be listed and available for trading on Cboe Canada at the start of trading on Monday, Oct. 26, 2026.
