The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Brompton Split Banc Corp. will list up to an additional 5,319,293 preferred shares at the open on March 6, 2026. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $10.40 per preferred share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Feb. 27, 2026, to Brompton Split Banc's short form base shelf prospectus dated May 22, 2025.
