The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Brompton Split Banc Corp. will list up to an additional 3,669,971 preferred shares (symbol SBC.PR.A) at the open on Dec. 10, 2025. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $10.40 per preferred share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Dec. 3, 2025, to the company's short form base shelf prospectus dated May 22, 2025.
