The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Brompton Split Banc Corp. will list up to an additional $75-million of preferred shares and $75-million of Class A shares. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued to the public pursuant to the at-the-market (ATM) distribution procedures as defined by National Instrument 44-102, Shelf Distributions.

According to the TSX, the ATM sales will be made directly on the TSX or any other existing trading markets in Canada during the period commencing on April 27, 2023, and ending no later than May 27, 2025. As a result of the ATM procedures, prices may vary as between purchasers and during the period of distribution.
