Effective at the opening on Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2024, the common shares of Lode Gold Resources Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Stratabound Minerals Corp. will be delisted. The company is classified as a mining (non-oil-and-gas) exploration/development company.
