STARCORE ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Starcore International Mines Ltd. has released the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders, held on Oct. 23, 2026, at which 19.28 per cent of shareholders entitled to vote were present.

Shareholders elected all directors nominated by management, as detailed in the attached table.

All other matters presented at the meeting received over 96-per-cent approval from the shareholders at the meeting, including the proposed appointment of Baker Tilly WM LLP, chartered professional accountants, as the auditor of Starcore and the proposed stock option plan, the full version of which can be viewed on the company's website or SEDAR+.

Subsequent to the meeting, the board of directors appointed Robert Eadie as president and chief executive officer, Salvador Garcia as chief operating officer, Gary Arca as chief financial officer, and Cory Kent as corporate secretary.
